Chubbie Checker Table Assembly
Chubbie Checker 1950's Round Retro Table and Chairs
I'm not sure how to put this together. The table bottom does not fit where the brackets are. Do I just simply center it and xxxx it together?

With this table, the holes are not pre-drilled for the base. You would just need to flip the table top, line up where the holes for the base would be, mark them and drill them.
