It is generally recommended to have 2 feet of clearance from the top of the bed to your ceiling. This bed is 71"H so with the 2 feet, 95" would be the recommended ceiling height for this bed. With your ceiling height of 90", I'd say with a lower height mattress on the top bunk, it is possible, but it will be a tight fit. I would suggest using painters tape or something of that sort and taping off on your wall the height of the bed so you can get a better visual of how close it will be to your ceiling.
