Our standard delivery is a Curbside Delivery where they take the boxes/pallet off the truck but they do not bring them inside. We do have upgraded options for Threshold Delivery. If you could please email sales@thebeanbagstore.com with the name of the item)s) you are looking at, as well as how many stairs there are, we can get a quote together for you.
