Hi and thank you for checking in with us. No it will not. Pottery barn has its own specially sized mattresses for its trundles. I checked their site and found this statement of a couple of their trundles:
Provides a comfortable extra bed for overnight guests when used with our specially sized Trundle Mattress (sold separately).
A standard size twin mattress, like this one would be too big. Hope that helps!
